Dancing Mindfulness is a conscious dance form founded on the principles of trauma-informed care. This provides a safe space in which participants can explore their own responses to music and movement. Dancing Mindfulness is empowering, healing, and transformative, but most of all, it's fun!
I offer individual, distance-based Dancing Mindfulness facilitator trainings, as well as group workshop trainings. Group trainings follow a weekend format and may be eligible for CEs for helping professionals.
